As you know I have too "many things on my plate" so your attention to my MANUFACTURED HOME was invaluable. When I was in the market to develop some land in Tonopah, I researched the home market and found you came highly recommended, both your company, Homes By Dee, and Laurel Creek - a superior home in my estimation after comparison of many homes on the market.
You arranged for me to tour the factory to see the construction "from ground up". Needless to say I was impressed with the people I met who answered my questions in a professional,friendly manner. It was reassuring to see the quality that actually goes into the home. I found Laurel Creek to be very professional and concerned about every detail from selection of floor plan (with your suggestions) and delivery of the home as ordered with attention to the "punch list" although very small because they are so complete at the factory.
I was more impressed by YOU and the attention to every detail from the initial conversation, through all design and construction details (yes Laurel Creek does give options), numerous conversations regarding the course of construction and installation at the site, the final cleaning with minute attention to detail, including locating an insurance firm specifically for MANUFACTURED HOMES. You explained every step of the process and contacted me frequently regarding the progress. I felt as though you "held my hand" every step of the way. It is unusual to find a company that really cares about the customer after the order is placed.

Dear Dee, I can't say enough how thankful my husband and I are for the Amazing Job that You have done for us. You have given us an opportunity to be Home Owners, and provide our children with a home that we can all be proud of for years to come. An opportunity that I don't believe we would have had without you! I remember our very first conversation we had when I was looking for a Dealer. Your knowledge about what I needed and the home buying process is what impressed me the most.
