About Homes By Dee

Homes by Dee is an Independent Manufactured Home and Modular Home Dealer. We are not a large company so we work hard to earn your business. The experienced sales staff will work with you to help you find the home you desire. Price point, Quality, Size and Manufacturer are some of the areas we cover before we begin to show you floor plans.

We never add on prices or take kick backs. The charges are what they are. We work only with very experienced sub-contractors to give you quality work for your money. Work is completed as quickly as possible without major delays on our part.

Besides the home, we can build garages, sheds, awnings, patio and driveways. Your home and add ons are built to your specifications, as long as they are approved by the city or county where your land is located.

We do above ground sets, ground sets and stem walls and can do basements.
